Life can be especially difficult in our individual journeys.  During those difficult times- particularly during times of loss, grief, struggle, depression, anxiety and pain- sharing our journey with someone else can be especially helpful. 

Roscoe UMC is in the process of developing new support groups for people to share the journey together.  In addition, Pastor Bob is trained in several branches of pastoral counseling and is an excellent listener who is able to maintain strict confidentiality and provide sound counsel during difficult times.  THIS IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE OR PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING or CERTIFIED THERAPY.  Pastoral Counseling is a faithful service of the church, utilizing open communication, Scripture, focused prayer and community support to assist believers in their walk.    

P.B. has had training in Bowen Family Systems, Internal Family Systems training, Conflict Mediation and 20 yrs experience in Pastoral Counseling with congregants, churches and other clergy.
